I've found that [SkillBit Labs] invigorates and challenges my most talented engineers. SkillBit offers excellent content and tools that our folks love to use. I've had great experiences working with the team there, they've been so friendly and incredibly supportive.

[SkillBit's] modular design supports the delivery of concise bite-sized learning units alongside practical mini challenges. The content on the platform is made by cybersecurity educators and professionals and supports students at different stages of cybersecurity skill development.

The team has a wide range of skill sets so [SkillBit Labs] gives them the opportunity to understand their strengths and weaknesses to utilize each other better in the event of a security incident or during threat hunting.

[SkillBit Labs] has a leaderboard as an overview of who did the most. That brings out the competitive spirit. Dollar for dollar, this may be one of the best investments I’ve made.

[SkillBit Labs is] a fun thing to do that helps you build your skills and think through problems in a different way.

The problem I had was difficulty creating and incorporating more in-class activities to provide students with the hands-on learning. I leveraged readily available challenges [on SkillBit Labs] to introduce simple cybersecurity challenges to students to learn about different tooling and spark their curiosity about solving problems.

Some people play the guitar after hours, some people build legos, I like to do [SkillBit Labs].
