SkillBit Labs allows the team to work on the question/problem in their own leisure, and it also brings the team together on Tuesdays to work through the latest weekly challenge release. The team has a wide range of skill sets so this gives them the opportunity to understand their strengths and weaknesses to utilize each other better in the event of a security incident or during threat hunting.
